Joshoa Khurana

Joshoa is the Head of Security at Worldpac, a Carlyle-owned company. In this role, he oversees corporate security, product security, and cybersecurity governance across the organization.

Prior to joining Worldpac, Joshoa served as the Head of Security at Lime, a global leader in micro mobility. There, he designed, built, and led the company’s cybersecurity program, including the development of a Security IPO readiness strategy to support the company’s growth objectives.

In addition to his leadership roles, Joshoa advises organizations of all sizes on security strategy, governance, and IPO readiness, helping companies strengthen their security posture and align with best practices for growth and compliance.
